Why choose PRIMED for your CRNE prep?

Many of you may be considering attending a CRNE prep course to help you prepare for the Canadian RN exam, but you're not sure which course to choose. There are a few different options out there and we here at PRIMED encourage students to choose the one that suits their needs.

Some CRNE courses only provide students with the opportunity to write practice exams. While it's great to do this, and if this is all you feel you need then hopefully you should be set. But, what we feel many students need is assistance in learning how to critically read and answer questions. The CRNE exam has its own style and one must get acquainted with this style in order to effectively read and answer the questions. During our two day course we help students narrow down their options and choose the best available option in a question. Other students feel they need to review the core information that they learned in their nursing degree program as 4 years is a lot to reviews and consolidate.
Why not combine both! By attending a PRIMED CRNE reviews course students will have the opportunity to review nursing content in the following areas:
·         Test taking strategies
·         Community health
·         Nursing ethics
·         Geriatrics
·         Cardiac
·         Respiratory
·         Genitourinary
·         Clinical Skills
·         Pediatrics
·         Neurology
·         Gastrointestinal
·         Endocrinology
·         Infectious diseases
·         Pharmacology

In addition, students will have the opportunity to practice review questions after each of the nursing areas. During the span of the two day course you will practice over 200 questions and have the chance to dissect and discuss each one.

Another reason to choose PRIMED is because of the quality of their facilitators. PRIMED facilitators are dedicated to helping you succeed on the exam. Our tutoring does not end on the last day of the course. We continue to provide assistance via email and by telephone for those that have questions or need support.

PRIMED facilitators are Registered Nurses or Nurse Practitioners with Master's degrees who have substantial clinical and teaching experience. All facilitators are registered with the College of Registered Nurses of BC.
